NOT Signed!
I'm very glad Privateer's abuse of game mechanics was nerfed. They used cheap war decs to create targets out of otherwise peaceful toons. They weren't looking for challenging PVP or serving any 'Cause', just trying to gank black-screened noobs in Jita.
Three war decs should be plenty to people with legitimate greivenciences. If you're mad enough at more than three entire Corps or Alliances to wanna war dec them, then I suggest that you're the source of the problem!
And if Privateers wants any real fights, come to 0.0 and learn what its like to fight like real men, as opposed to hunting stray kittens and puppies in an Animal Shelter with a machine gun.

Work???
No, I work during the day and get real money that allows me to buy computers that allow me to fly make pretendy space ships. Which I do cause I like to. When I don't like to I sometimes run round a dungeon. Or watch Dr. Who fighting The Master.
But unless someone pays me in real life cash, I won't be working in Eve.
And now that your abuse loophole is closed, you won't be Playing in Empire either. Others will get to play in Empire, while you sit and whine.

Edited by: Princess Jodi on 28/06/2007 17:30:54 Meh...the War Dec rules were abused, and so fixed. No whining will get it back to its broken state.
The important issue has yet to be resolved, however:
I've seem them called the Noobateers, Nerdateers, Mouseketeers - all good defamatory names, conveying a distain for their alliance by expressing a negative connotation in conjunction with a play on their alliance name.
However, none of these truly bite as well as my suggestion: PrivateRears
This has many levels of smack: 1> It makes fun of their sexual orientation, as there is a suggestion of ...uh...'unconventional' intercourse and their desire to engage in it both as Pitcher and Catcher. 2> It gives me a nice visual image of a French-looking wanna-be Pirate captain named Captain Swallow. 3> It does not denote any respect, honor, or actual competence - much like the namesake alliance itself. 4> It rhymes.
I vote for making this official parody name.
Edit: I personally believe they are Major-League Catchers, but don't Pitch very well.
